Order Processing Times

Approximate processing times are displayed; in business days, and can be found in the banner at the top of the website. Business Day 1 is the business day after your order is placed. Processing times will vary depending on current order volume. If you are in need of faster processing, consider selecting the “Line Jump” at checkout. A line jump will allow your order to skip ahead of others and process faster. To help determine when your jumped order will ship, the estimated ship date will display on your screen at checkout.

If you need even faster processing as well as faster transit you may want to consider expediting your order. Orders with expedited shipping must be received and paid by 12:00pm, PST (M-F) to be processed same day; holidays and office closures excluded.

Delivery Times

Your total delivery time is our processing time + shipping time. To estimate your final delivery date, please use the following guidelines:

* Guaranteed for orders placed by 12:00 PM PST. UPS does not count the day the package is shipped as a shipping day. UPS does not guarantee any transit times during the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas as well as during “force majeure” events. UPS is closed on all major holidays and the Friday after Thanksgiving - these days are not included in shipping time.
